Channing’s mission at GM Ltd is to build a company that replaces the traditionally transactional nature of property management with a warmer, more humane service. Fuelled by good relationships, the GM Property model delivers positive experiences for tenants, owners, neighbors, and the communities where we all live.

He has since completed his Bachelor of Economic degree in SFU.  After, graduating master’s degree in USYD with a MOC in Business Analysis. With Channing’s extensive knowledge of the local rental market and a thorough understanding of government policy and how it affects the market along with being armed with world-renowned data analysis and in-house economists, he can help you successfully navigate whatever rental type you need. 

When he is not spending time with his clients, golfing, skiing, or working towards his fitness goals, you might find him and his family at home to kill the time with two cats.

Martin brings to GM Management Ltd more than 10 years of experience building and managing businesses around the world. In China, he was Vice Manager of HeNan Shen Li Abrasive Co., Ltd, a business that he grew to over 3 offices across Shenzhen and Mainland China. After returning to Canada, Martin launched GM Management Ltd and has worked with several business leaders in various industries. He is a genuinely relationship-focused businessman whose successes have stemmed from building excellent teams and delivering unrivalled service with a modern collaborative approach in otherwise very traditional industries.

“Great property management is more about building trusted relationships between two parties. My mission is to create positive symbiotic relationships between happy owners and happy tenant, to ensure we secure, protect, and care for our client’s revenue properties.”

Prior to joining GM property management, Michael spent over 5 years in the banking and finance sector working with a global client base at one of Canada’s top five banks. He draws upon this banking experience to help in the calculation of long-term returns on each client’s investment properties and rental revenues. Michael prides himself on delivering exceptional customer service and always puts his clients first. This passion for service motivated him to be part of the property management industry.

Roy is a graduate student working on his degree in University of Illinois Urbana-champaign. He is now in charge of advertisement posing and website maintaining of MZ-management. His expertise mostly built upon strategic management skills and communication skills.

Besides work and study, Roy is a huge sport fan focusing on basketball and American football. Music and movie are also his to-go choice for leisure.

Baozi was born on January 29th, 2016, in Vancouver, British Columbia. 

Their role at GM Ltd is instrumental as the GM Ltd Morale Manager. They are also ideally suited to assist our Property Managers in vetting potential furry tenants for our pet-friendly properties. Looking for the seal of approval on our pet-friendly rental listings.。

MeiMei was born on February 28th, 2019, in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Jessie was born in Beijing, China, but she is a BC resident. moved to BC at the early age of 8 months.
