Channing’s mission is to build a company that replaces the traditionally transactional nature of company with a warmer, more humane service. Fuelled by good relationships, model delivers positive experiences for tenants, owners, neighbors, and the communities where we all live.
He has since completed his Bachelor of Economic degree in SFU. After, graduating master’s degree in USYD with a MOC in Business Analysis. With Channing’s extensive knowledge of the local market and a thorough understanding of government policy and how it affects the market along with being armed with world-renowned data analysis and in-house economists, he can help you successfully navigate whatever rental type you need.
When he is not spending time with his clients, golfing, skiing, or working towards his fitness goals, you might find him and his family at home to kill the time with two cats.

Johnson Zhu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Simon Fraser University. With professional experience in immigration consulting, investment planning, and mortgage lending, he brings a strong financial perspective and analytical approach to every transaction.
Serving clients across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Johnson specializes in residential properties, pre-sale developments, and real estate investments. Known for his attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused service, he is committed to delivering a seamless and rewarding real estate experience.

Leo Liu is a dedicated property manager with a strong background in finance and economics. He holds a Master’s degree in Food and Resource Economics (MFRE) from the University of British Columbia and is a certified Personal Financial Planner (PFP®). This foundation enables him to manage rental properties with an investment-focused mindset and analytical precision.
Leo is committed to delivering responsive, reliable service to both property owners and tenants. He ensures every property under his care is professionally managed, fully compliant, and aligned with the owner’s goals—providing peace of mind and consistent value.
Ray Zhang MANAGING BROKER ®
Ray had 12 years of real estate trading experience and 7 years of Managing Broker experience. Ray focus on actively engaged in the management of the company, ensure that business is carried out competently and in accordance with all regulatory requirements; and ensure that there is an adequate level of supervision for licensed and unlicensed staff who perform services on behalf of the company.
Besides work, Ray likes playing soccer and poker. He won the Senior Championship of World Serious of Poker circuit event last August (2024) in Montreal and Champion of Seven Card Stud 8 or better tournament last June (2024) in Las Vegas (Golden Nuggets Casino).
